Verifying your mobile number can help prevent fraudulent activities and add an extra layer of security. It helps ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date, allowing smooth communication between you and your customers so that both parties can receive system notifications.

Why is it important? For merchant accounts, this is a prerequisite to activating your myPay account.

Summary

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Enter your mobile number and confirmation code.
  3. Click Save.
 

Steps to Verify Mobile Number

1. Go to My Account.

Click on your profile at the top right corner of your screen and select 'My Account'.

2. Enter your active mobile number and confirmation code.

Wait for the confirmation code that will be sent to the mobile number you provided.

3. Click Save.
